The Working Tools is a secretary-focused operating system. On 25 August 2026 its public pricing page listed £5 a month and a 30-day trial. If a lodge only needs a cheap digital desk for secretary work, that can be the right buy. We have not invented any other TWT price or claim.
LodgePay
LodgePay is the lodge operating system: branded website and member portal, meetings and summons, dues and donations, Gift Aid and GASDS, treasurer reconciliation to the bank, candidates, Almoner welfare, and provincial rollout. Card payments go through Mooov. Processing fees pass through at cost.
LodgePay Essentials is from £149 a month billed annually (or £169 monthly), as on our pricing page. Gift Aid found automatically is the wedge against a cash book or a secretary-only tool.
When each fits
- Choose The Working Tools if the brief is a low-cost secretary OS and you do not need payments or Gift Aid in the same system.
- Choose LodgePay if the treasurer, Charity Steward, and Almoner have to work from the same record as the Secretary.
